It’s been about a month-and-a-half since I harvested and planted the sprigs. The soaker hose was a cool techie addition to the effort, and definitely worth the effort.
Obviously, not all of the sprigs survived. But those that did really did well.
I’m not sure how it works, but it’s almost like the sprigs, once they took off, invited the growing grass from the yard over to the party. It’s filling in nicely.
